North Little Rock Terminal Adds BNSF Access Blendstar is pleased to announce access via the BNSF is now available into our North Little Rock, Arkansas, terminal. This addition will provide Little Rock customers access to approximately 4 billion gallons in annual ethanol production capacity via the BNSF.
