Oklahoma City Terminal Primed for Ethanol Increase As the gasoline market gears up for the upcoming shift to CBOB(84 octane) and the future opportunity with E15, both petroleum and ethanol producers will need a central location to converge. With this in mind, Blendstar is pleased to announce that it’s Oklahoma City terminal accepts both UP and BNSF rail access, and is located within 1 mile of key terminals, such as TPSI, Shell, and Magellan.
